DISCOVERY CALL

The objective for booking a '30 Minute Discovery Call' is to gather information about your goals (short term and life time goals). Discuss what your barriers are in terms of lifestyle, motivation and  your Health & Fitness knowledge. 

The  information collected will enhance your Personal Training experience, so therefore gathering this information is imperative to you getting results.

STEP 2.

TRAINING ANALYSIS

The 'One Hour Training Analysis' aims  to evaluate physical strengths or weaknesses that you may have, or could face in the future. 

Once all these assessments are completed, a full data analysis is done in order to create a bespoke personalised training plan for your short and long term goals.

EXECUTING THE PLAN
