We gather as much information as possible to analyse and design a future healthy lifestyle plan, then educate, train, and advise you to the healthiest version of yourself.

Discovery Call

A 30-minute call to gather information about your goals, both short term and long term. We discuss your barriers: lifestyle, motivation, and current health and fitness knowledge.

Training Analysis

A one-hour physical assessment to evaluate your current strengths and weaknesses. All data is analysed to create a bespoke training plan for your short and long-term goals.

Executing the Plan

Whether a single session or a full package, you receive a complete analysis with a transparent view of the forthcoming programme and what to expect at every stage.

Test & Re-Test
