CRUNCH OR LUNCH?
There is no coincidence that the fitness industry is growing as rapidly as the obesity epidemic, but the fitness sector can not make the impact it should.
This is because the goals, mainly weight-loss related, are coupled with unrealistic time frames for those wanting to change their body image and overall well being.
What should I exepect to pay for personal training?
The most common question I am asked, before ever meeting a prospective client, is"How much do you charge?". There are many variables which make up a Trainers justification for how much they charge. These variables may be the location and/or facility they work in and also their experience, qualifications, specialisation, demand for their services, packages they offer and the content of those packages.
In most cases, people believe that exercise is the equivalent to torturing themselves when in the gym using treadmills and weight machines for several hours at a time.
It is therefore understandable that with different time zones, flight delays, jet lag and meetings, the last thing you want to think about is going to the gym.
