Before starting any Personal Training programme we aim to gather as much information about you so that we can analyse and design a future healthy lifestyle plan. With this we can educate, train and advise you to the healthiest version of yourself.
STEP 1.
DISCOVERY CALL
The objective for booking a '30 Minute Discovery Call' is to gather information about your goals (short term and life time goals). Discuss what your barriers are in terms of lifestyle, motivation and your Health & Fitness knowledge.
The information collected will enhance your Personal Training experience, so therefore gathering this information is imperative to you getting results.
STEP 2.
TRAINING ANALYSIS
The 'One Hour Training Analysis' aims to evaluate physical strengths or weaknesses that you may have, or could face in the future.
STEP 3.
EXECUTING THE PLAN
Whether you purchase a single session or a Personal Training package, we will send all the information collected with a full analysis of the data.
STEP 4.
TEST AND RE-TEST
Depending on the plan and your availability, we aim to test and re-test your progression using the data from the training analysis every 6 to 12 weeks to assess the direction we aiming for is on track.
